Join us for our next beautiful Yoga Retreat day together designed to align your body, mind and energy. The day has been carefully crafted to blend energising and calming classical yoga practices of asana, breathwork, yoga nidra ( deep rest & relaxation) and meditation to help emotional regulation and wellness in a serene environment. Let yourself heal and regain a sense of empowerment and connect with like-minded people over a nutritious homemade lunch. We are so lucky to have Jen collaborating with me to prepare our delicious meal, she is so dedicated and passionate that it will be a real treat for us all. Retreat Highlights: 9:30 - 11:00 Yoga Balance: Energising Postures 1:00 - 11:10 Break 11:10 - 11:30 Pranayama- Breathwork: Reset your nervous system with breath control techniques that equip you with valuable skills for everyday life. 11:30 - 12:00 Calming Postures: Transition into soothing poses that help you calm your mind, energy & body and release tension. 12:00 - 1:00 Lunch: Enjoy a delicious plant-based meal crafted with care by Jen, nourishing your body and soul. 1:00 - 1:10 Meditation 1:10 - 1:30 Yoga Nidra Guiding you into deep relaxation.
